Alex David Alex David
President

Alex is a product of Park Hall Elementary, Esperanza Middle School, and Great Mills High School. He went on to college at Florida State University, and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and minor in Communication. He first met Pat on a field trip in middle school, and went on to become friends throughout high school, participating in lacrosse and theatre together. Pat’s passion for entertainment has inspired Alex to pursue a career in the entertainment business. He is currently building his own video production company doing documentaries, comedy and music videos. Through TCB, he hopes to help empower today’s youth and help them to pursue, and realize their dreams.

Kaci Kepferle Kaci Kepferle
Vice President

Kaci lived in Lexington Park, MD from the age 6 until she graduated from Great Mills High School in 1996.  She received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame in 2001 and lived for 8 years in Washington, DC posing as an architect.  She is currently serving with AmeriCorps Project YES! in Chicago, in the midst of a career change which will take her into the world of childhood education.  Kaci has spent much of her life involved in various organizations aimed at supporting the youth and other residents in the various communities in which she lived.  Kaci is Patrick’s oldest sister and is dedicated to fulfilling his passion for life through her work with TCB.

Megan Kepferle Megan Kepferle
Secretary

Megan is Pat’s younger sister. She is a Great Mills High School alumna (’03). She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Towson University in Law and American Civilization with a minor in English Literature in January 2007. After spending time abroad pursuing her passion for horses, she has begun her professional career in Washington D.C. in the media department for NPO-friendly GMMB. Her experiences with TCB have led her to consider a graduate degree in Non-Profit studies.

Chad Jackson Chad Jackson
Treasurer

Chad grew up in Southern Maryland and went to Great Mills High School along with the Kepferles. He met Pat as a freshmen through the soccer team and their various classes together, and Pat quickly became one of his close friends. Chad received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Bucknell University, and moved back to Southern Maryland after graduating in 2003. He currently works as a flight test engineer for the US Navy at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station. He still plays soccer on a regular basis.

Donny Gray Donny Gray

Donny is a family friend of the Kepferle’s and a graduate of Great Mills High School Class of 1999. He grew up playing sports and hanging out with Pat. He is currently an employee of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

Andrew Merritt Andrew Merritt

Andrew moved to Lexington Park in the 8th grade, and became friends with Pat during their sophomore year at Great Mills High School where they played on the soccer team together. Andrew graduated from Great Mills in 1999 and went on to Clemson University where he graduated in 2003 with a degree in Business Management. He currently resides in Clemson, South Carolina where he owns and operates a restaurant. Andrew is dedicated to TCB because he believes that even though friends and family may move on in life for various reasons, TCB has helped to strengthen the bonds that we make, gives us a reason and an energy to maintain our friendships, and stay close together.

Diana DeCarlo Diana DeCarlo

Diana, a family friend of the Kepferle’s, is a graduate of Great Mills High School Class of 1999 and of West Virginia University with a BS in Electrical Engineering. She was born and raised in Southern Maryland and resides in California, MD. Diana is currently a employee of the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

Jessica Sarratt Jessica Sarratt

Jessica is a family friend of the Kepferle’s, and knew Patrick as one of her younger brother’s good friends. She is a graduate of Great Mills High School Class of 1995. She received her BS in Computer Science from Clemson University in 1999 and received her MS in Technical Management from Johns Hopkins University in 2004. Jessica currently resides in Callaway, MD and is employed at the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

John Croisetiere John Croisetiere

John was a childhood friend and classmate of Pat. After moving from St. Mary’s County at the age of 12, John attended high school in North Carolina & Southern California before attending and graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. John now resides in Alexandria, Virginia where he is employed as a consultant for the Department of Defense. His family still lives in the same home in Lexington Park, MD, where he met Pat.

Alexis Gray Alexis Gray

Alexis graduated from Great Mills High School, Class of 1999. She graduated with a BA in Environmental Studies at Washington College in 2003. Alexis has been a resident of St. Mary’s County for over 20 years. She currently resides in Lexington Park and is working in the Environmental Department at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. She also has been coaching field hockey for the last four years at Great Mills High School.

Minhlann Nguyen

Minhlann is a graduate of Leonardtown High School Class of 2000 and of St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a BA in Political Science and Economics. She was born and raised in Southern Maryland and lives in St. Mary’s City, MD. Minhlann is currently an employee of Booz Allen Hamilton at Webster Field.
